Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Here are the policies for scheduling your mobile hair service. Please read them carefully. Booking Policy All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your time slot. This deposit is applied directly to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details once your deposit is received. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your time and our time are valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our waitlist. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before your appointment, or if you are not at home at the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited and used as a cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Waitlist If your desired date or time is unavailable, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Simply send us a message with your preferred dates, and if an opening becomes available, you will be the first to know.
